On the evening of October 30, 2023, in the town of Bristol, Vermont, the life of 14-year-old White male Madden Gouveia was tragically cut short. He was with three other youths in a parked car outside a home on North Street shortly after 7:00 p.m. The group, which included 18-year-old Mason Bullock and two other juveniles, was examining a 9mm handgun that Gouveia had reportedly brought with him.
