On October 26, 1986, 24-year-old Judy Tina Pillman was found murdered near Chatfield State Park in Jefferson County, Colorado. Her body was discovered partially covered with brush by two fishermen and their dog, in a remote area near South Wadsworth Boulevard. Pillman had been shot, and her death was ruled a homicide.
