In the late summer of 2008, the life of 15-year-old Hispanic female Liliana Razo was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, following a violent altercation rooted in gang rivalry. On the afternoon of Friday, September 5, 2008, an exchange of insults erupted near South Division High School between members of the C-14 and Mexican Posse gangs.
