Julio Pacheco, aged 23, was found dead on October 2, 2008, in San Antonio, Texas, in what police confirmed to be a homicide. Pacheco was involved in a fatal encounter in a neighborhood in the southeast part of San Antonio. According to initial police reports, officers were called to the scene following reports of gunfire and a vehicle that appeared to be abandoned in a residential area. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Julio Pacheco inside the vehicle, having suffered from gunshot wounds.
