Death by Force

On October 6, 2011, 40-year-old Mark Gregory was assaulted in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Vaughn Avenue. Gregory was walking when a 14-year-old male exited a Cadillac with two friends and, without provocation, punched him. The force of the blow caused Gregory to fall and strike his head on the pavement. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries two days later, on October 8, 2011.
