On September 29, 2013, Nieves Ramon, a 39-year-old man, was found dead in San Antonio, Texas. The incident took place near his residence, and the investigation revealed that he had been shot multiple times. A neighbor reportedly heard gunshots early that morning and subsequently called the police.
