On June 20, 2016, Eric McIntyre, 34, was fatally shot while visiting friends at a residence located on Shannon Hills Drive in Houston, Texas. According to the police report, McIntyre stepped outside the home during the early morning hours, around 3:30 a.m., when gunfire erupted. The friends inside the house heard multiple gunshots, and McIntyre then stumbled back inside, where he collapsed. He was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.
