Destiny Annmarie Garcia, aged 26, was tragically shot and killed on November 16, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident took place at around 10:40 p.m. in the 1500 block of Hays Street on the East Side of the city. Destiny was found on a sidewalk after a resident heard gunshots and saw a man dressed in black running away from the scene.
