Raul Garcia, age 48, was killed on February 20, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred during an altercation that escalated to violence. Elijah Woodard, who was subsequently arrested and charged with murder, was identified as the suspect responsible for Garcia's death. The Houston Police Department conducted an investigation that led to Woodard's apprehension and formal charges being brought against him.
