April Pitzer, a 34-year-old woman, disappeared under suspicious circumstances on June 28, 2004, in Newberry Springs, California. Her disappearance is considered a homicide by investigators, though her body has never been found. April was last seen when an acquaintance gave her a ride to a bus station in Newberry Springs, from where she intended to return to her home state of Arkansas.
