Nettie Brown, a resident of Dayton, Ohio, was tragically killed on July 19, 1976. The homicide occurred in Montgomery County, and the case remains unsolved decades later. On the morning of the incident, a neighbor found her body near a dumpster, wrapped in a bloody blanket. Nettie had been brutally bludgeoned and stabbed, and her death shook the local community. The discovery was made after police had earlier responded to a report of gunshots in the area but found nothing amiss.
