On September 25, 1994, Shawn Small, a 32-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was found dead on the porch of his residence located at 1102 East 16th Avenue. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound, and the circumstances of his death have remained unsolved. The Columbus Police Department was the lead law enforcement agency investigating this case, but despite their efforts, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains open.
