On March 5, 1995, 17-month-old Daniel Fulton was tragically killed along with his mother, 28-year-old Kimberly Fulton, in Waterford, Ohio. Their bodies were discovered inside their burned-out mobile home located at Route 2, Box 194 in Waterford. The fire was found to have been intentionally set, and subsequent investigations revealed that both Kimberly and Daniel had been killed before the blaze, which was likely ignited to cover up the homicides.
