Victoria Jane Collins, a 27-year-old dancer from the Cleveland area, was last seen alive on December 16, 1996. She had been out with friends and was reportedly dropped off around Interstate 90 following an argument in the car. She was reported missing by her boyfriend on December 18, 1996.
