Kenneth Allen, a 19-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on December 21, 1997. The incident occurred near the intersection of Innis and Framington in Franklin County. Kenneth was found with three gunshot wounds to the torso, and the Columbus Police Department has since been investigating the case. Despite the ongoing efforts by law enforcement, this homicide remains unsolved.
