Carthard Baker Jr., a 21-year-old male, was tragically killed on November 25, 1998, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found with a gunshot wound to the chest in front of 737 James Road. The Columbus Police Department took charge of the investigation, but, unfortunately, this case remains unsolved to this day.
