On August 20, 2001, 17-year-old Harun Frizzell was tragically shot and killed in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred on East 147th Street, where Frizzell and a female friend were sitting on his car when they were approached by an armed suspect. The assailant, described as a Black male in his early twenties, was holding a gun in each hand. He demanded that Frizzell and his friend get on the ground and then proceeded to ask for money.
