On January 3, 2005, Robert W. "Bobby" Byrd, a 51-year-old resident of Dayton, Ohio, was tragically murdered. The incident occurred in Montgomery County, and the Dayton Police Department was involved in the investigation. Byrd's case was classified as a homicide, but despite law enforcement's efforts, it remains unsolved to this day.
