Death by Force

On March 24, 2007, Dion Dwayne Spraggins, age 21, was found dead in a cornfield near Miller Road in Rockbridge, Ohio, located in Hocking County. The discovery was made by a farmer and his neighbor, who reported finding a partially nude body in the field. Law enforcement from the Hocking County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and later confirmed the body to be that of Dion Spraggins. He had died from a gunshot wound, and the death was ruled a homicide by the county coroner.
