Death by Force

On July 26, 2008, Michael Turay Smith, a 22-year-old male, was murdered in Lima, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 12:39 a.m. while Smith was standing in the parking lot of the Certified Gas Station located at 513 South Pine Street in Allen County. He was shot by an unknown assailant. At the time of the shooting, there were multiple potential witnesses in the area, but despite this, the case remains unsolved.
