Death by Force

On June 6, 2010, Jay Kovitch, age 42, was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Olmsted Township, Ohio. At approximately 2:57 a.m., the Olmsted Township Police Department was called to Fitch Road near address number 7469, where they found Kovitch, who had been struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by local paramedics. The incident occurred as Kovitch was walking home, just a short distance from his residence.
