Katrina K. Gregory, a 31-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio, was shot on the night of April 16, 2014. At approximately 11:50 p.m., patrol officers responded to a call at the 800 block of East Dublin-Granville Road following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, the officers found Ms. Gregory with a gunshot wound to her upper body, and she was immediately transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Despite medical intervention, she succumbed to her injuries on April 17, 2014.
