On January 5, 2016, David Wallace, a 41-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, died as a result of complications from a gunshot wound he sustained eight years earlier. Wallace had been shot on September 28, 2008, at 17 W. McMicken Avenue in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati.
