A man is found fatally shot in the parking lot of Platinum Lounge
On July 17, 2016, Leonte Hobdy, a 38-year-old resident of Akron, Ohio, was fatally shot outside the Platinum Lounge located on East South Street. The incident occurred around 2:10 a.m. when gunfire broke out in the parking lot of the bar. Hobdy, who was known as a loving father of three, was pronounced dead at the scene.
