A man is fatally shot
On April 25, 2017, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Cincinnati police officers from District Five responded to reports of a shooting at 1191 W. Galbraith Road, in the College Hill area of Cincinnati. When they arrived at the scene, they found the victim, 24-year-old Omar Muhammad II, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after their arrival.
