Curtis James Boston Jr., aged 25, was tragically killed on December 9, 2017, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at approximately 9:25 p.m. when the Cincinnati Fire Department responded to a reported fire in the 2400 block of Central Parkway. Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered Curtis’s body, which had been badly burned, in the rear parking lot of a building. It was later determined that Curtis had been the victim of a homicide, and his death was ruled as an aggravated murder.

The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit, with assistance from the Fugitive Apprehension Squad, arrested McGivens the following day. Despite this development, the investigation remains ongoing, and authorities continue to seek any additional information that may help bring justice to Curtis and his family.
