A 42 year old mother is found shot to death
On March 19, 2010, Barbery Ann Dugan, a 42-year-old mother of five, was found dead in northwest Fresno, California. She had been shot and run over near the intersection of Marty and Barstow Avenues. Witnesses reported hearing a commotion followed by a loud bang before seeing a suspect jump a fence and flee the scene.
