A decomposed body is found in the woods in Greenland, NH
The unsolved murder of Douglas Morgan remains one of New Hampshire’s cold cases. On October 20, 1985, the decomposed body of Morgan, age 36, was found in a wooded area near Route 101 in Greenland, New Hampshire. He had been missing since early July of that year. An autopsy revealed that Morgan had been beaten and stabbed to death.
