Do you know who murdered 19 year old Troy Remar Neal in 2012?
Troy Remar Neal, aged 19, was tragically shot and killed on October 15, 2012, in Hillcrest Heights, Maryland. The incident took place in the 3400 block of 25th Avenue at approximately 2:20 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Neal suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where, unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
