On April 3, 2013, Rodney Little, a 29-year-old transgender woman who went by the name Kelly Young, was shot and killed in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred inside a house on the 2200 block of Barclay Street, where she was found lying on the floor with gunshot wounds. Little was taken to the hospital but died shortly after arrival.
