In the fall of 2015, a young life was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore. On the morning of October 7th, 19-year-old Hispanic male Yeison Ramario Carreto-Guitierrez was shot and killed in the 1400 block of Horners Lane. The young man's death was ruled a homicide, and he was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.
