A man is found murdered in his home In the early morning hours of June 9, 2004, the quiet of a Biddeford, Maine neighborhood was shattered by a grim discovery. Rafael Rosado, a 26-year-old Hispanic male, was found mortally wounded outside of his home on Guinea Road. Having been shot, his death was quickly ruled a homicide by investigators. The news of his violent death sent ripples of shock and sadness through the community.
Originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, Rosado had moved to Biddeford from Chelsea, Massachusetts,
about three years prior to his death. He worked in the construction trade and was described by his grieving family as a loving son and brother. He left behind his mother, stepfather, and siblings.
In the years that have passed since Rafael Rosado's murder, the case has grown cold. Despite investigations conducted by the Maine State Police, no arrests have ever been made, and no suspects have been publicly identified in connection with his killing.
