In the early morning hours of July 30, 2016, a hotel parking lot in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, became the final scene in the life of 28-year-old Stephon Harris. Known affectionately as 'Man' to his loved ones, Harris was discovered shot to death behind a black fence in the parking lot of the Hampton Inn on East Jefferson Street.
