John Adams Jr., a 23-year-old man, was murdered on July 11, 1982, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. His body was found lying on the road in the 2400 block of West Broadway. He had been shot once in the face. Witnesses reported that the shooter was riding a Kawasaki KZ900 motorcycle, which sped away from the scene immediately after the crime.
