On April 14, 2024, 36-year-old Utahnna Dawn "Nana" BearComesOut was fatally shot in Lander, Wyoming. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. as she was traveling with her husband, Conrad Tillman, and their 10-year-old daughter on a highway south of Fort Washakie.
